Holistic Elements is taking all precautions to keep staff and clients safe.  Therapists are offering therapy over video and telephone. Therapists may have days that they come into the office to see clients.  Clients will be in control over whether their sessions are over the phone/video/in-person, when therapists is in the office.   Therapists use Simple Practice, a HIPPA Compliant site, to provide confidential sessions.  All clients need to wait in their vehicles until 5-minutes prior to their therapy appoointments.  Copays and payments can be made by phone while waiting for therapy sessions.  Masks must be worn at all times.  Only clients can come into the office.  If a client is under 10-years, he/she may be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian until the therapist takes the child client back to his/her office.  When the child client is with his/her therapist, the guardian/parent will need to wait in their car.  Sessions will be completed 15-20 minutes prior to the hour, to ensure time to sanitize the offices.  6 foot spacing is required.  At this time, our reception room is not open for clients to sit.  Clients need to take their tempatures prior to coming to the office and if its elevated please don't come to the office. If you, or anyone you know, has Covid or has been exposed, please do not come in the office.  Sessions will be done over video/phone.   

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees are still in effect.  If clients are sick, he/she may do their sessions over the phone/video.
